Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit, Hamilton Abode Designs. It is my hope that you find some inspiration from stopping by. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, my name is Kortney Hamilton, I am a Nurse by trade and an aspiring Interior Designer at heart. Growing up I had two passions, babies and the TV show Trading Spaces. Let's hope my mom doesn't read this when I say, I would want to stay home sick from school just to watch TLC's, A Baby Story and Trading Spaces (reruns all day meant success). My interior designer crush is Genevieve Gorder (are we surprised?). I love that she is a fellow Minnesotan that designs the most beautiful spaces that your soul can palpate-what a gem. My surroundings, multi-state living and travels have heavily influenced my design style. I would describe my "style" as Scandinavian turned California Boho with a pop of "quirky"that would be a little unexpected. Basically, give me all the neutrals and calm, but lets throw in a disco ball just because we can. So again, thank you for stopping in and following me on this journey.
